We are interested in a piece of land but when I called, the sales agent sounded he almost doesn't want to sell this land, he asked for a 'business plan' from me for the land, and then he said it won't work, when I questioned why he needs to know a 'business plan' before we can inspect the land, he said 'I'm not satisfied with your plan and it takes a lot of effect to access the property', I'm not even sure if it's the sellers instruction that the perspective buyer has to have a 'business plan' that's approved by the agent! And how am I supposed to 'submit' the plan before I even see the land! I'm not sure if the seller is approval/aware of this, there's no motivation in him to sell the land and I don't know why! He also refused to open it on weekends after i told him it's a 2 hours+ drive for us. Very disappointed in this agent, I just hope not everyone in their office is like this!
